Humans Vs AI
The more AI systems that use data and how these systems are used, the more likely it is that humans and machines will work together, even if AI can replace humans in the digital workplace. Many people are thinking about fully automating processes, and many people think that AI will lead to some processes becoming fully automated, such as human-machine interaction.
So AI will give organisations around the world a huge boost, but the real opportunity for AI is to finally unleash the full force of human intelligence. Rather than treating humans like inefficient robots, we can harness AI's ability to make better use of data such as data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to treat people better. Humans and machines are entering a new era in which AI expands ordinary intelligence through learning and helps people reach their full potential, according to Deepak Agarwal, who heads machine learning and AI at LinkedIn.
As Picasso once said: "A computer can only give you answers, but it is useless if it is useless to you," says Agarwal.

Artificial intelligence has the potential to help solve some of the pressing problems raised by the COVID-19 pandemic. Only humans can understand which business processes and functions are not working well and have an understanding of how they could be improved. It is up to us to find new and innovative ways to exploit the possibilities of AI.
If we use the analogy of comparing apples with apples, man and artificial intelligence should be the same and not compared. But it is not the technology itself that will make the difference, but the people who use it. If we want to replace people in the workplace of the future with artificial intelligence, I think we should fear the technological advances of artificial intelligence and focus on doing what the human brain does best.
The human brain is not designed to do what AI does, and it has had completely different functions over the years because of its uniqueness.
So we should not focus on what machines can do, but on what humans can do and what they can control. The humanity of edtech is the difference between a world in which humans win against machines and a world in which they do not win.
Even though AI is still in the development phase, the future lies in how humans can control AI apps while respecting human values and safety measures. Current data and advances in artificial intelligence still require human intervention and present a challenge to machines.
In areas such as the military, law enforcement, education, health care, and other sectors, artificial intelligence is portrayed as increasingly competing with human intelligence. Hot trends in artificial intelligence have to do with creating synergies between humans and machines.
“Mastering the collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence is something we don't hear enough about in the public press", says Horvitz.
He argues that, in a rapidly evolving technological landscape, it is vital to gain a better understanding of how humans deal with artificial intelligence today and in the future. As Sena says, digital surgeons define AI as advanced intelligence, not artificial intelligence, because we do not believe that machine technology has reached a sentient level. First, machines were created to replicate the human brain, but they still lack emotional intelligence.
Computational neuroscience is a field of research that uses mathematics to learn about the human brain, to create theoretical models of the brain.
Studies in these areas have revealed new insights into the previously unknown nervous system and the role of the human brain in the development of human cognition.

The new information available has improved our understanding and processing capacities of the nervous system, enabling us to use this information to improve artificial intelligence. The artificial neural network (ANN) was created by taking inspiration from the human nervous system and mimicking the problem - the ability of the human brain to solve it. Depending on how we use them, AI could change or disrupt the future of the company and human workers by enabling robots and machines to perform tasks that humans do.
The possibilities offered by AI could lead in a variety of directions, from complex decisions to the creation of new products and services to new forms of employment.
In the age of artificial intelligence, we are witnessing a fundamental change in the way we live and do business. From robots that share our environment to supply chains that think and act in real time - in time, in the future - companies are using artificial intelligence to innovate and grow their business faster than ever. If we continue to unlock the potential of artificial intelligence, we will fundamentally change the way the world works, changing not only our lives, but also the way we do business.
